Senior Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Aurora Group is in process to launch a boutique Dubai real estate brokerage as part of an existing property-services ecosystem.
The group already operates across holiday-home management, furnishing and interior setup, cleaning and property operations. The brokerage will complete the investor journey by helping clients acquire, prepare, operate and eventually resell their Dubai properties through one coordinated group.
We are looking for an experienced secondary-market property consultant who can build owner relationships, secure quality listings, advise investors and end users professionally and manage transactions from initial qualification through to completion and commission collection.
This is not a salaried position and it is not suitable for candidates entering Dubai real estate for the first time.
It is a commission-only opportunity for an established secondary-market consultant who wants transparent economics, strong company-funded marketing, operational support, access to an existing property-services ecosystem and the opportunity to grow with a boutique brokerage from launch.
THE ROLE
You will report to the Head of Real Estate Brokerage and will focus on selected Dubai communities based on your proven experience and transaction history.
You will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, buyers and referral partners.
- Generating new owner instructions and securing properly documented secondary-market listings.
- Advising investors and end users on Dubai secondary-market acquisitions and resales.
- Developing genuine expertise in an agreed number of communities rather than attempting to cover the entire Dubai market.
- Conducting comparative market analysis and providing owners with evidence-based pricing recommendations.
- Qualifying buyers based on budget, financing status, intended use, investment objectives, preferred communities and expected transaction timing.
- Advising investors using realistic information covering purchase costs, service charges, rental strategy, historical performance, property condition and potential exit considerations.
- Responding quickly and professionally to company-generated enquiries, marketing leads, owner introductions and group referrals.
- Building and maintaining your own database of owners, buyers, investors and referral partners.
- Conducting property presentations, viewings, negotiations and offer follow-up.
- Maintaining accurate client, listing and transaction records in the company CRM.
- Recording all leads, client interactions, listing instructions, viewing feedback, offers and next actions in the CRM.
- Following company policies regarding lead ownership, lead-source classification, reassignment and commission approval.
- Coordinating with the Brokerage Operations Manager to ensure that Trakheesi permits, Forms A, B, F and I, KYC documentation and transaction files are accurate and complete.
- Managing transactions through negotiation, memorandum of understanding, NOC, transfer, handover and brokerage commission collection.
- Introducing Aurora’s furnishing, holiday-home management and related services when those services are genuinely relevant to the client.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
During the first 30 days, you will be expected to agree your target communities with the Head of Brokerage, organise your existing owner and buyer pipeline, begin owner prospecting and establish a measurable listing-acquisition plan.
By day 60, you should have active owner relationships, properly documented listings, qualified buyers, completed viewings and a credible offer pipeline.
By day 90, you should demonstrate consistent owner-acquisition activity, quality inventory, active buyer demand and a credible path to completed and collected transactions.
Performance will be measured using:
- New owner relationships developed.
- Properly documented listing instructions secured.
- Listing quality and exclusivity.
- Speed and quality of response to company-generated leads.
- Qualified buyer appointments.
- Viewings conducted.
- Offers received and negotiated.
- Transactions completed.
- Gross and collected brokerage commission.
- Conversion of company-generated opportunities.
- Percentage of business generated independently.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should have:
- A minimum of two years of recent Dubai secondary-market brokerage experience.
- A verifiable record of personally completed and collected secondary-market transactions.
- Demonstrable experience generating owner relationships and securing listings.
- Genuine knowledge of specific Dubai communities supported by recent transaction or listing activity.
- Practical knowledge of Dubai secondary-market transaction processes, including Forms A, B, F and I, NOC and transfer procedures.
- The ability to conduct comparative market analysis and provide evidence-based pricing recommendations.
- Strong buyer qualification, negotiation, follow-up and closing ability.
- The ability to discuss investment opportunities using realistic numbers rather than unsupported return promises.
- Disciplined use of CRM systems and written client follow-up.
- A valid UAE driving licence and access to reliable transportation.
- A current or previous RERA broker card or broker certification is strongly preferred.
- Sufficient financial runway to operate in a commission-only position while building and converting a transaction pipeline.
We are not looking for candidates who claim to specialise across every major community in Dubai.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate where they have genuine owner relationships, listing experience and community knowledge.

Company-generated opportunities will be allocated based on suitability, response time, CRM compliance, follow-up quality and demonstrated conversion performance.
Consultants are also expected to develop their own owner, buyer and referral relationships. Aurora’s objective is to combine strong company-funded lead generation with advisers who can independently build long-term client portfolios.
WHAT AURORA PROVIDES
- Access to an existing property-services ecosystem involving property owners, investors, holiday-home clients and furnishing clients.

- 75% of collected net brokerage revenue from verified self-generated transactions personally closed by you.
- 80% on the incremental portion of verified self-generated collected net brokerage revenue exceeding AED 500,000 during the applicable annual performance period.
Company-generated business includes opportunities introduced or assigned by Aurora or an affiliated group company, portal enquiries, paid marketing enquiries, company events, company listings and reassigned company leads.
Self-generated business must be declared and recorded in the CRM before substantive client handling. It must not originate from an Aurora introduction, company-funded marketing campaign, company listing or lead previously recorded by Aurora or an affiliated company.
