Key Responsibilities

Manage residential property sales in Dubai's secondary market.

Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.

Source new listings and develop a strong property portfolio.

Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.

Follow up with leads and manage transactions through to successful closing.

Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, property values, and investment opportunities.

Maintain accurate client and property information in the company's CRM.

Requirements

Previous experience in Dubai's real estate market, preferably in secondary sales.

Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property transactions, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

RERA certification is an advantage.
