YOUR ROLE

• Advise clients on Dubai's premium off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Generate leads, conduct property viewings, and successfully close transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and property buyers.
• Manage client inquiries, negotiations, and the complete sales process.
• Stay updated on Dubai's property market, developer launches, and investment opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai/UAE preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary real estate markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
• Strong professional network and relationship-building skills.
• UAE driving license and own car are an advantage.
