Position Property Consultant / Real Estate Sales Consultant Location: Business Bay, Dubai Experience: Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Performance-based commission structure Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and investors. Identify and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company. Generate and develop personal business opportunities. Advise clients on suitable off-plan and secondary-market properties. Conduct property viewings and site visits. Manage negotiations and coordinate transactions through to successful closing. Maintain accurate client and sales information through the CRM. Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, projects, developers and pricing. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets. Visa Support Visa support is available after one month of joining . For consultants who successfully close a transaction within their first month, earlier visa processing may be considered . Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate Proven track record of successful property sales and closed transactions Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market Experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market Strong English communication and negotiation skills Excellent client relationship and business development skills Professional presentation and communication Self-motivated, target-oriented and results-driven Existing client database or investor network is an advantage UAE driving licence and personal vehicle are an advantage Why Join Glen Colton?
