The role involves design and estimation, project management, site supervision, manpower management, cost control, scheduling, and coordination with clients and project teams. Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical activities from project initiation to completion. Handle mechanical design and estimation works. Prepare permit drawings and documents, including PEZA requirements . Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical works. Supervise actual mechanical works and industrial projects. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones. Manage project risks, changes, and variations related to the mechanical scope. Manage and professionally supervise project manpower. Coordinate with clients, consultants, owners, and mechanical teams. Prepare and submit progress claims, weekly reports, and monthly reports. Monitor cost control, procurement, scheduling, and project requirements. Work with different project sites as required. Qualifications Graduate of Mechanical Engineering . Must be a Registered and Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) . At least 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer . Experienced in supervising actual mechanical works and industrial projects. Proficient in project management and engineering software. Knowledgeable in CAD programs . Able to understand and prepare technical diagrams and design concepts. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in cost control, scheduling, procurement, and risk management. Can work with minimal supervision. Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to work occasional overtime when necessary. Willing to work at different project sites.
