The role requires strong project management, technical, leadership, and coordination skills, particularly in handling industrial projects and mechanical works. Key Responsibilities Handle mechanical design and estimation works . Prepare permit drawings and documents , including PEZA requirements. Plan, manage, and oversee mechanical activities from project initiation through completion . Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical works. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones are achieved. Manage project risks, changes, and variations related to the mechanical scope. Coordinate with clients, consultants, owners, contractors, and mechanical teams. Supervise manpower and ensure mechanical activities are executed properly and professionally. Prepare and submit progress claims, weekly reports, and monthly reports . Ensure proper project scheduling, procurement, cost control, and risk management. Perform other project-related duties as required and be willing to work at different project sites. Qualifications Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or a related Mechanical Engineering course. Registered and Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) . With 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably with project management and industrial project exposure. Proficient in relevant engineering and project management software . Knowledgeable in CAD programs . Experienced in the supervision of actual mechanical works and industrial projects. Able to understand and translate mechanical design ideas into actual project implementation. Strong leadership, decision-making, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable in cost control, project scheduling, procurement, and risk management . Willing to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines. Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple project requirements. Willing to be assigned to different project sites. Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
