We’re looking for an experienced construction leader with 10+ years of project management experience who can independently manage projects valued up to $75M , from groundbreaking through completion, with minimal oversight. Responsibilities - Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution. - Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams. - Prepare material take-offs and bid documents; source materials and subcontractor services. - Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work. - Maintain safety standards and communicate project progress, risks and priorities. Requirements - 10+ years of construction project management experience. - Ability to independently lead large projects from groundbreaking to completion. - Knowledge of industrial facility design, engineering and construction. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. - Construction Management degree, related degree or equivalent experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. - Willingness to travel (Mon-Fri) for projects nationwide. - OSHA 30 certification and experience with design-build, food processing or distribution facilities preferred.
