Senior Project Manager – Telecommunications & Infrastructure

About Jaggard Jaggard Wireless Communications, part of the Jaggard Group, has offices in Dubai and the UK. We design, supply, install and maintain antenna support structures, including telecommunications and broadcast towers, guyed masts and radar towers. We also deliver broadcast and RF infrastructure for clients in the aviation, broadcast, telecoms and government sectors across the GCC, Europe and Africa.

The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong engineering background. You will lead the delivery of specialist infrastructure projects, from contract award through to handover. The role carries full technical, commercial and operational responsibility. It suits a hands-on leader who combines engineering judgement with commercial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for project delivery, from contract award through to completion and handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors and commercial performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and site operations.
• Oversee projects involving telecommunications towers, masts, antenna systems, steel structures and associated infrastructure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, technical challenges, variations and contractual obligations.
• Ensure projects meet agreed quality, safety, programme and financial targets.
• Lead project teams and coordinate resources across multiple locations.
• Provide clear project reporting to senior management.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent relevant technical qualifications and experience.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience , including substantial responsibility for managing engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects independently, including financial, contractual and operational responsibility.
• Experience in telecommunications infrastructure, towers, masts, steel structures or specialist engineering projects is highly desirable.
• Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness and project management ability.
• Experience managing clients, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• GCC experience preferred, although international project experience will also be considered.
• Willingness to travel throughout the GCC and internationally.
