Vendor/offshore coordination: requirements, delivery, and quality assurance. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and plans. Communication: native-level Japanese; strong business-level English; cross-cultural experience. Stakeholder management with senior leaders and end users; clear status reporting. Governance and security: experience operating within corporate frameworks and controls.
