To learn more visit www.nulo.co.uk ABOUT THE ROLE: Nulo is entering a partnership with a leading European retailer. Nulo will launch in phases from 2027 – starting with Italy, France, Poland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland – and extend to all of the retailer's remaining European markets by mid-2028. As our Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for turning ambitious plans into reality. Embedded in both the Nulo and retailer organisations, you will work with cross-functional teams to clearly communicate plans and timelines, understand and overcome hurdles and keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. A deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, together with market activation, commercial frameworks and financial reporting, will all be required to ensure success. Working with leadership teams in Europe and at our Austin, TX HQ, this is a full-time, 12-month project role with the potential to become a permanent position. Fluent English and German are essential; French is the next most valuable language, with Polish or Italian also useful. Frequent European travel is expected as we bring all markets on board, and the ability to form strong, trusting relationships across multiple cultures will be key to success. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Own the rollout plan – build and run an integrated launch plan and critical path spanning concept to shelf in every market, flexing as necessary but never losing sight of finite and non-negotiable deadlines. - Drive product set-up – lead article creation in the retailer's SAP-based systems across master data, purchasing, supply chain and merchandising: a multi-stakeholder process that typically takes three to four months and has no single owner today. - Coordinate supply and logistics – work with Nulo supply chain, our European manufacturing partners and logistics providers to land launch orders and shelf fill on time; lead joint forecasting, shared demand planning and S&OP procedures, and achieve service excellence from day one. - Keep packaging on the critical path – keep European compliance (FEDIAF), multi-language packaging formats and a diverse supply base on track and on schedule. - Deliver in-store execution – coordinate planograms, fixture set-up across premium, standard and compact store formats, educational point of sale and flagship store launches. Engage and inspire all stakeholders to ensure ‘best-in-class’ execution across all store formats in all markets – without exception. - Coordinate training and trial – delivery of training materials, webinars and in-person training for retail store colleagues. Plan and execute launch and trial programme for colleagues and customers in each market. - Identify and roll out Gold Standard activation – connect Nulo's launch activation (athletes and ambassadors, sampling, digital, social and in-store) with the retailer's marketing calendar across bricks and mortar, web, CRM, loyalty, app and newsletter. - Manage innovation pipeline through to launch – plan and track new products through the joint innovation calendar, from specification through article set-up to shelf. - Run governance and reporting – lead weekly project cadence meetings. Ensure project governance is observed and adhered to. Work with the teams to identify and implement a robust project management and information sharing ecosystem, ensuring it runs live and adds value. - Track launch budgets – monitor launch costs and timings against plan and report variances to Nulo Europe leadership. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Essential Experience & Skills - 5+ years of project or programme management experience in FMCG, food, pet, or a related consumer-goods sector, including complex product launches with a major retailer. - Experience coordinating retailer article creation and master-data processes. - Working knowledge of supply chain processes, including forecasting, ordering, logistics, and S&OP. - Fluent English and German. - Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and experience using project management software. - Willing and able to travel frequently across Europe. Desirable Experience & Skills - Experience delivering launches across multiple European countries. - Hands-on experience with retailer article creation or master-data entry, particularly in SAP. - Fluency in French; Polish or Italian language skills are also valuable. - A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, food science, or a related discipline. - PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management qualification. - Experience using AI tools appropriately within company data and confidentiality WHO YOU ARE: - You thrive inside a partner's organisation – you build trust quickly, learn their systems and ways of working whilst protecting and optimising Nulo's interests at every opportunity. - You are a rigorous organiser who keeps one plan and one version of the truth across many teams and countries. - You have an uncompromising sense of urgency and chase actions to closure as a matter of routine. - You communicate clearly in writing and in person, from store floor to boardroom. - You are an expert problem solver – someone who can quickly assimilate information and distinguish high value inputs from ‘noise’. Someone who understands the bigger picture and ruthlessly manages the detail towards the end goal. - You have a passion for pets and nutrition, buy into our mission and vision and carry our values. WHAT YOU’LL GET: - Competitive fee arrangement, in line with the local market and experience. - A pivotal role in Nulo's European growth, with the potential to move into a permanent position after the 12-month project. - Travel costs covered in line with company policy. Location Remote, Germany - Flexible Ready to take on the challenge and have a little fun while doing it? We’d love to hear from you!
