Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects. - Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements. - Manage project teams, vendors, dependencies, risks, and escalations. - Coordinate with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams. - Establish project governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics. - Monitor milestones, resolve delivery blockers, and implement corrective actions. - Manage change requests and ensure appropriate approval processes. - Prepare status reports, steering committee updates, and project documentation. - Ensure project deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria. - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Requirements - Extensive experience managing IT, infrastructure, technology transformation, or enterprise implementation projects. - Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. - Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance. - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. - Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent. - Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
