Role Overview We have a strong Data Centre project pipeline across Europe and are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background and at least 10 years' experience in an engineering or manufacturing role. Duties and Responsibilities Manage secured projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate project stakeholders including clients, architects, consultants, steel contractors, and cladding contractors, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, track progress and costs, mitigate risks, and oversee supplier and vendor performance. Prepare technical submittals, ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and Health & Safety requirements, and maintain all associated project documentation. Support site activities including snagging, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, while implementing quality control procedures and ensuring successful project handover. Requirements Degree-qualified Mechanical or Civil Engineer (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of relevant engineering or project delivery experience. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects to scope, budget, and programme, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience reviewing CAD, BIM, or Revit models considered an advantage. Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently; full clean driving licence and valid EU work authorization required. What's on Offer?
