The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering multi-story, complex high-rise structures on time, within budget, and in full compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and UAE authority regulations. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage major sub-contractors, and act as the primary point of contact for consultants, authorities, and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Site Management Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects from ground-breaking through structural topping out, MEP vertical integration, façade installation, and handover. Manage site operations, logistics, vertical transportation systems, and safety protocols for high-density tower construction sites. Ensure strict adherence to Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), DEWA, and TECOM/DDA codes and approval processes. Commercial, Cost & Time Management Oversee project budgets, value engineering, cash flow projections, and variation orders in coordination with Commercial Managers. Monitor critical path schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project, mitigating delay risks proactively. Review subcontractor performance, progress billing, and contract administration (FIDIC). Leadership & Stakeholder Management Direct consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and site engineers to drive alignment across quality, cost, and schedule targets. Serve as the primary liaison between executive management, client representatives, and regulatory bodies. Establish robust QA/QC and HSE standards across all project phases. Qualification & Experience Requirements Mandatory Criteria Dubai High-Rise Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with direct experience delivering high-rise/super-tall towers (40+ stories) in Dubai. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution. Authority Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Dubai authorities (DM, DCD, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees). Desirable Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) or MRICS/FRICS preferred. Registered Engineer status with Dubai Municipality or UAE Society of Engineers. Required Competencies Expertise in complex structural systems (post-tensioned concrete, jump-form core systems, steel-composite structures) and unitized curtain wall/façade systems. Strong leadership, contract negotiation (FIDIC), and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient in construction management software (Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, Procore). Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
