This is an on-site contract opportunity for an experienced project management professional with a strong background in transformation, transition, or integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams across people, processes, technology, and real estate, ensuring projects are delivered within established timelines and business requirements. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate project activities across business functions, regions, and teams. - Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. - Track project milestones, implementation activities, and migration schedules. - Coordinate resources to support project transitions and integrations. - Identify project risks, assess business impacts, and escalate issues to management. - Develop detailed project plans, business cases, assessments, and communication plans. - Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving. - Manage project deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and risks. - Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, controls, and change-management procedures. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum 5 years of project management experience. - Experience managing major transformation, transition, or integration initiatives. - Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills. - Experience managing multiple workstreams and geographically distributed teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Strong risk-management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
