Senior Project Manager (Construction/Infrastructure )

Project Manager / Section Head – Emirati

Location: Abu Dhabi / Al Ain

We are looking for a qualified Emirati with experience in Construction, Infrastructure or Civil Engineering .

Position & Experience:

• Project Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Section Head: 6+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and support timely resolution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
• Review project milestones, reports, and updates to maintain control over schedule and quality.
• Support site-level issue resolution and follow up on project implementation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable project procedures, standards, and delivery requirements.
• Contribute to improving project execution practices and delivery performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, or Diploma with 7 years of experience (for Section Head level).
• For Project Manager level, candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Strong project management experience, preferably in construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery to deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project execution, quality control and time management.
• Regional knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain is preferred.
