The role combines project management, operations oversight, business development, and hands-on environmental field work. Key Responsibilities - Manage environmental projects from planning through completion. - Serve as the primary client contact and develop client relationships. - Develop new client opportunities and relationships. - Conduct field work, including environmental sampling, assessments, and remediation activities. - Coordinate Geoprobe/drilling, remedial action and remedial system O&M projects. - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations. - Oversee maintenance of company equipment and vehicles . - Lead and mentor project teams. - Prepare project reports and client updates. - Promote safety and continuous improvement. - Coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory and support service delivery . Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. - Minimum 10 years of experience in the environmental services industry. - Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices. - Client management experience. - Environmental assessment and remediation field experience. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Proficiency with Google products. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
