CPC1459096, the company ensures high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. Role Description: We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion. You’ll own completion, field coordination, quality, safety, and client communication while traveling frequently to manage job sites across Florida. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and the internal team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: PreConstruction & Planning - Lead project handoff from design/estimating; review contracts, plans, and scopes. - Build and maintain critical path schedules and look-ahead plans; identify long lead items. - Coordinate permitting, inspections, utility locates, HOA requirements, and site logistics. Field Leadership & Execution - Direct day-to-day job site operations across trades (excavation, steel/shotcrete, - waterproofing, plumbing/electrical, equipment, tile/stone, decking, landscaping, water - features). - Sequence and supervise subcontractors; run daily huddles and weekly coordination - meetings. - Enforce safety (OSHA best practices), site cleanliness, access control, and environmental - compliance. - Maintain craftsmanship standards, mockups, and in-process QA/QC to prevent rework. Project Controls & Communication - Own schedule integrity, budget tracking, and cost-to-complete forecasting. - Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, POs, and materials logistics. - Keep clear daily logs and photo documentation in CM software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Smartsheet). - Provide proactive updates to clients, designers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders. Closeout & Turnover - Coordinate final inspections, testing/commissioning, equipment startup/programming. - Deliver asbuilts/redlines, O&M materials, homeowner orientation, and warranty handoff. Qualifications: - Experience: 4+ years as a Construction PM and/or Superintendent -luxury residential, custom pools, hardscape, or specialty concrete strongly preferred. - Technical: Read civil/structural/MEP drawings; working knowledge of shotcrete, waterproofing, hydraulics, and pool equipment. - Tools: Proficient with scheduling (MS Project/Smartsheet) and PMS platforms (Procore/Buildertrend); comfortable with Excel/Bluebeam. - Leadership: Strong subcontractor management, sequencing, problem solving, and client communication. - Other: Valid driver’s license; ability to work outdoors and travel for multi-week site rotations; OSHA10/30 preferred. Travel & Work Environment: - Field-based role with travel. - Outdoor work in varying weather; ability to manage multiple active sites.
