# Senior Project Manager **Longitude Constructions pvt ltd** · Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution as per approved designs, timelines, and cost parameters. - Ensure availability and optimal utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment) to meet project deadlines. - Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory compliance at project sites. - Review and refine project plans prepared by the central planning team. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project plans. - Ensure site readiness before construction, including land clearance, removal of encumbrances, and utility shifting. - Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required at site. - Supervise site activities to ensure contractors execute work as per specifications, quality standards, and timelines. - Provide technical guidance and resolve critical on-site challenges. - Act as the single point of contact between site teams, regional office, and head office. - Monitor project costs regularly and ensure adherence to approved budgets. - Maintain a safe and productive work environment at the project site. - Participate in the selection and finalization of vendors, contractors, and subcontractors. - Conduct weekly project review meetings with contractors and architects. - Handle client interactions, especially during escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues in coordination with the site team. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
