We partner with XXXXXXX’s Corporate Real Estate organization, delivering a blend of in house solutions and SaaS to enable the business. You will anchor delivery and support for APAC (including Japan), combining project management, application support, and offshore/vendor coordination. Technical fluency across app architectures, integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud/SaaS. Hands-on application support: operations, incident/problem management, user support, SLAs. Vendor/offshore coordination: requirements, delivery, and quality assurance. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and plans. Communication: native-level Japanese; strong business-level English; cross-cultural experience. Stakeholder management with senior leaders and end users; clear status reporting. Governance and security: experience operating within corporate frameworks and controls. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master). Experience in multinational or APAC regional teams.
