We’re not just making packaging — we’re creating experiences and partnerships that last. The Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Providence, RI. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of customer projects, including quoting, coordinating, planning, scheduling, and execution. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to clients' specifications, monitoring packaging quality and inspection processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing logistics to ensure customer timelines are met. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Qualifications Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee tasks from initiation to completion Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery Familiarity with Inspection processes to maintain high-quality standards in project deliverables Proficiency in communication, organization, and multitasking to manage multiple projects effectively Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for handling project challenges efficiently Proficiency in relevant project management and logistics software is a plus Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred Why Join Contempo?
