Senior Project Manager

We at are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager Team Lead!

This is an opportunity to lead complex, cross-organizational technology projects involving core information systems and digital platforms, while managing a team of IT Project Managers. The role includes working in an innovative environment focused on Smart City technologies and AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT projects involving core information systems and digital solutions, from initiation and requirements analysis through implementation and delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT Project Managers.
• Lead technology procurement and tender processes.
• Develop and manage project plans, Gantt charts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and external vendors.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and technology departments.
• Drive project execution using structured project management methodologies, including Waterfall.
• Support innovative initiatives involving Smart City solutions and AI technologies.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience managing and overseeing technology projects in Information Systems.
• At least 4 years of experience managing a team of IT Project Managers.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end core systems and/or digital projects with budgets of at least NIS 500,000.
• Strong experience in advanced project management methodologies, including Waterfall.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, project schedules, and complex deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong leadership, assertiveness, communication, and presentation skills.
