# Senior Project In-Charge **FASCLAD, INC** · Pasig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction, with significant experience as a Project-In-Charge, Project Engineer, or Site Engineer . Preferably with strong experience in façade, glass and aluminum, curtain wall, aluminum composite panel (ACP), windows, doors, louvers, and other architectural works . Proven experience in managing and supervising construction projects from mobilization through completion and turnover . Knowledgeable in project plans, shop drawings, specifications, BOQ, material submittals, method statements, and project schedules . Able to monitor and control project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, quality, and site activities . Experienced in site coordination, installation sequencing, and resolving technical and construction-related issues . Able to review and interpret architectural, structural, and façade/shop drawings . Capable of leading and supervising PICs, engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and site workers . Experienced in coordinating with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments . Able to prepare and review Daily/Weekly Progress Reports, accomplishment reports, manpower reports, material requests, site instructions, RFIs, punch lists, and other project documentation . Knowledgeable in quality control and safety requirements applicable to construction and façade installation. Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and project management skills . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple project concerns and meeting project deadlines . Willing to conduct site inspections, meetings, and project coordination as required . Work Location: In person
