The ideal candidate should have strong technical and site experience in false ceiling, epoxy flooring, drywall partitions, and complete interior fit-out works . Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion. Coordinate daily site activities and ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules. Supervise and coordinate false ceiling, drywall/gypsum partitions, epoxy flooring, and other interior finishing works . Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project specifications. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements. Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control of all interior works. Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, inspection requests, and other technical records. Coordinate with the procurement and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenses. Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE requirements. Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management. Coordinate project handover, snagging, rectification, and final completion. Requirements Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field . Minimum 5 years of relevant experience , preferably in Dubai/UAE interior fit-out projects. Strong experience in false ceiling, epoxy flooring, drywall partitions, and interior fit-out . Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, standards, and site procedures. Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Strong project coordination and site management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Ability to manage multiple activities and work under project deadlines. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
