1. Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, quality standards, client satisfaction, and effective coordination across internal departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. The role is responsible for project planning, resource allocation, commercial control, risk management, and driving operational efficiency across the project portfolio.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestones; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project costs, profitability, variations, claims, invoicing, and commercial closure in coordination with relevant departments.
• Coordinate design, estimation, procurement, production, installation, and site activities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across project operations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare project reports, budgets, risk assessments, and KPI dashboards for senior management review.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and conduct post-project reviews to enhance delivery performance.

1. Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably within advertising, signage, graphics, fit-out, fabrication, or a related project-based industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgets, client relationships, and cross-functional teams.
