Job Purpose

Serves as the on-site project lead, combining hands-on technical civil execution, subcontractor management, and client coordination to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Direct daily civil/infrastructure execution, manage workforce and machinery, and act as the main liaison for clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Planning & Progress: Build execution schedules, track daily output, manage site costs, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Quality & Technical Oversight: Ensure works comply with drawings and specs, oversee material testing, and resolve technical issues.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate material requisitions, oversee subcontractor execution, and verify progress billing.
• HSE Compliance: Enforce site safety standards (HSE), risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs and prepare progress reports.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 6+ years in civil/infrastructure site execution with independent project leadership experience.
• Skills: Site leadership, client communication, AutoCAD, scheduling, and QA/QC management.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
