Job Summary

A premier technology-driven platform is seeking a Senior Program Manager to head complex, cross-functional initiatives. This individual will bring structure to ambiguity, align multiple internal units, and guarantee the successful delivery of high-impact programs from early framework through final corporate adoption.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Strategy: Drive business process improvements, technology transitions, and scalable workflow execution across the enterprise.
• Optimize Delivery: Drive AI-enabled development workflows and modern SDLC practices to secure measurable outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business units to advance delivery speed and modernize collaboration methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional business and tech initiatives.
• Accelerate organizational execution and optimize modern SDLC practices.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
• Introduce structure to ambiguity and align diverse team stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in tech transformations and process automation.
• Excellent cross-team communication and strategic planning fluency.
• Strong background in operational rigor and scalable program execution

Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
