# (Senior) Product Specialist **Zalo** · Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Hồ Chí Minh Full-time Zalo is seeking a (Senior) Product Specialist to join the Core Platform team — the team responsible for the foundational systems that power every Zalo product: account management, authentication, user identity, and the end-to-end experience around account lifecycle. These systems serve tens of millions of users daily and are the backbone on which messaging and social features are built. What you will do Own the product roadmap for core authentication flows — registration, login, account recovery, and session management — across multi-platforms like iOS, Android, and PC/Web; Manage the full account lifecycle: onboarding, account settings & privacy, device management, inactive account policies, and offboarding flows; Define and maintain the User Identity Model across the Zalo platform, ensuring consistency in how user identity is represented and used across products; Analyze user behavior in funnels to identify drop-off points, friction, and optimization opportunities, design and run A/B tests on UX changes; Collaborate closely with iOS, Android, Backend engineers, Designers, and QC from concept through launch and post-launch monitoring; Write clear, structured PRDs, Confluence specs, and other documentation that allow engineering teams to execute independently and accurately; Integrate user research and usability studies into product decisions, especially for sensitive flows involving security and privacy. What you will need 3+ years of product management experience in consumer tech, with exposure to platform or shared service products serving millions of users; Solid data skills — able to write and read SQL at an intermediate level to independently answer product questions without full reliance on the data team; Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests or product experiments in high-traffic production environments; Strong UX intuition for complex, security-sensitive flows — knowing when friction is necessary and when it creates drop-off; Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable product decisions; Structured, logical thinking with a strong ability to break down ambiguous problems and align cross-functional teams around a clear direction.
