Senior Product Manager & Working Consultant

At VOLI, we're building VOLI Projects, our own project and resource management solution for professional services companies.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager & Working Consultant who can take a central role in both developing the product and implementing it with our clients.

We're an AI-first company in how we approach product development, design, and problem-solving. We use AI to move faster, challenge traditional ways of working, and turn ideas into working solutions.

This isn't a traditional Product Manager role where you write requirements and hand them over to developers. And it's not a pure consulting role either.

It's about shaping the product, working hands-on with developers, and making sure it delivers real value to customers.

Your Responsibilities

Product Management & Development

• Work closely with developers every day to define, prioritize, and refine product functionality
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and intuitive product designs
• Use AI-first methods to explore ideas, create prototypes, design functionality, and accelerate development
• Take a hands-on role in testing and validating new functionality
• Drive product improvements based on customer feedback and implementation experience

Client Consulting & Implementations

• Lead and participate in implementations of VOLI Projects
• Understand how professional services companies manage projects, resources, and people — and translate that into effective solutions
• Facilitate workshops, advise on best practices, and help clients make the right decisions
• Configure, test, and implement the solution, ensuring real business value
• Act as the link between customers and developers, bringing real-world experience into product development

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone combining strong software product understanding with practical business and implementation experience.

You could come from either background:

• Software Product Management: You've worked as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally with solutions for professional services businesses.

OR

• ERP / PSA Consulting: You've implemented ERP, PSA, or resource planning solutions and understand both the software and the business processes behind them.

Ideally, you bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software product management or ERP/PSA consulting
• A solid understanding of professional services businesses — projects, resources, utilization, budgets, and profitability
• Experience translating business requirements into software functionality and intuitive user experiences
• An AI-first mindset — you actively use AI to design, prototype, analyze, test, and improve solutions
• A hands-on approach — you enjoy working in the software rather than managing everything through documents and meetings
• The confidence to challenge developers and customers constructively
• Strong communication skills, a structured mindset, and a sense of ownership
• Fluency in Danish and English

An advantage: Experience with Maconomy or other ERP/PSA solutions.
