About the role You will own our fiat products: multi-currency accounts, local and cross-border payouts, and the banking and payment partner integrations behind them. You will also shape how these products work with our stablecoin rails for funding, settlement and conversion. You will own product decisions end to end, from discovery to launch and beyond. Responsibilities - Set the direction and roadmap for fiat products, and back each priority with data on revenue, cost and customer demand. - Lead discovery and scoping with Engineering, Compliance and Finance, and agree scope and trade-offs early. - Own product-side relationships with banking and payment partners. - Work with Compliance and Finance on regulatory requirements such as safeguarding, reconciliation and payment screening. - Talk to enterprise customers directly and turn what you learn into priorities. - Define success metrics and track outcomes after launch. Requirements - 5+ years of product management in payments, banking or fintech. - A track record of product decisions that changed business outcomes, with numbers to show it. - Experience with API products, and enough technical depth to discuss design with engineers. - Experience working under a financial regulator. - Highly proficient in AI aided workflow. Nice to have - Stablecoin or crypto experience, such as on/off-ramp, custody or settlement.
