Job type: Full time, Permanent. Location: Bangalore About the role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the day-to-day product management and delivery of our Edge Compute platform. The role sits at the intersection of product, software engineering, infrastructure, operations and consuming teams. You will translate consumer needs and strategic priorities into clear product outcomes, work closely with Engineering to drive delivery, and coordinate across Programme Management and Operations to ensure capabilities are successfully delivered and operationalised. This is a highly technical product role requiring strong product judgement, technical fluency and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, engineering-led environment. Key Responsibilities - Own product execution: Manage and prioritise the product backlog, lead planning and refinement, clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, and work with Engineering to resolve product questions and delivery blockers. - Partner with consumers: Understand and triage requests from teams using the Edge platform, translate needs into product requirements, manage expectations and ensure the platform continues to meet consumer needs. - Drive engineering & operational alignment: Partner closely with Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security and Operations to deliver reliable, secure and supportable platform capabilities. Ensure workflows and automation built by Engineering are operationally ready and can be effectively adopted and run by Operations. - Coordinate programmes: Work closely with Programme Management to align product delivery with wider programme milestones, dependencies, risks and commitments, ensuring issues are surfaced and managed early. - Evolve the platform: Translate the Edge product strategy and roadmap into actionable initiatives, identifying opportunities to simplify infrastructure consumption through automation, APIs and self-service capabilities. - Drive outcomes: Balance consumer experience, engineering effort, scalability, reliability, security and operational supportability when making product decisions. Experience - Experience managing platform, infrastructure or developer-focused products from discovery through delivery. - Strong experience working day-to-day with engineering teams, including backlog management, prioritisation, sprint planning and requirements definition. - Experience working with multiple consuming teams and coordinating complex cross-team dependencies. - Background in technical domains such as compute, networking, cloud/edge platforms, APIs or automation. - Experience working in complex enterprise environments across Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Operations and Programme Management. Skills - Strong product discovery, prioritisation and delivery skills. - Technical fluency across infrastructure and software engineering, with an understanding of APIs, automation and platform technologies. - Ability to move confidently between technical detail, consumer needs and business outcomes. - Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills. - Highly organised, pragmatic and comfortable operating in an engineering-led environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.
