# Senior Product Manager B2C - H/F **Dayuse** · 75009 Paris · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About Dayuse Somewhere in the world, right now, someone is deciding where to spend their day. You decide what they see. Dayuse is the world leader in day-use hotel experiences: a room, a pool, a spa for the day, a quiet place to work or recharge. We connect 5 million monthly users with 10,000 partner hotels in 30 countries, and help hoteliers earn revenue from spaces that would otherwise sit empty. The world's largest hotel groups work with us, including Accor, Hilton, Marriott and IHG. Our users rate us 4.9 on the app stores and 4.8 on Trustpilot. The sun never sets on Dayuse: someone is booking right now in Paris, New York, Dubai or Singapore. Why this role matters now Here, you write the future of Dayuse. Our product has grown by double digits every year, and in 2027 we launch new products and verticals. You will practise product management as it is becoming: building has become cheap, so deciding what to build and proving it worked is now the heart of the job. Our product team keeps evolving and strengthening its capabilities, and so will your scope and impact. What you won't find elsewhere - The scope of a scale-up, the scale of a big tech. Elsewhere you optimise one step of the funnel. Here you own the whole B2C experience and build the strategy with the CPO and leadership. Your ownership and your ambition have no ceiling. - An AI story we are writing now, and fast. We started early, and the most interesting part is still ahead. You will build it alongside our AI Platform team, who help you grow. - Data decides. From small tweaks to big bets, we test. Results regularly prove our preconceived ideas wrong, and that keeps us humble. Nobody wins an argument by seniority. - Decisions in hours, not weeks. Marketing and sales sit in the same office and are always available. You align, decide and move on the same day. What you will own - An experience that adapts to each user. One size fits none. Home, search and funnel should change with the country, the intent (business, leisure, family) and whether you are a first-timer or a repeater. - Search and discovery. Semantic search, recommendation and ML ranking, built hand in hand with our data scientists, so users find the right hotel in seconds. - Conversion and pricing. You are a conversion hunter. Price display, fees, basket, add-ons and payment: you know what half a point of conversion is worth, and you prove it with A/B tests. - Agentic product. Making Dayuse discoverable and bookable wherever users now search, including AI assistants and conversational interfaces. - Your product strategy. You set the vision and arbitrate the B2C roadmap, with a dedicated squad: a junior PM you mentor, our Principal Product Designer, our CRO, web, app and back-end developers, and data scientists. You defend your choices with data, and get leadership, marketing and the account managers who work with our hotels on board. How you will work - You build. You prototype and ship small changes to production yourself, through a merge request reviewed, for now, by a developer. Our developers code with agents and our QA is automated, so the team moves fast without cutting corners. - You delegate to agents. Our PM agents prepare specs, story splitting, tracking plans and research synthesis. Your time goes to judgement: what to build, for whom, and why. - You analyse yourself. An insight agent and a structured data stack with a semantic layer give you direct access to the numbers. You write SQL when needed and never wait for a dashboard to make a decision. - You go to the field. You interview users in several countries and languages, and turn what you hear into bets. Our stack Claude (PM and insight agents) · Amplitude · SQL and a semantic layer · Maze · Figma and a design system in the code · GitLab · Notion · HubSpot · Modjo · internal tools built with AI. Your first six months - Month 1: your hands are already dirty: a first change shipped, a first A/B test launched, your first user interviews done, and your reading of the three biggest B2C levers shared. - Month 3: you have interviewed users in at least three countries, several of your A/B tests are live, and your first learnings are shaping the roadmap. - Month 6: you have a documented win on conversion or basket value. You present and defend a product strategy with clear targets, measured KPIs and a follow-up plan to stakeholders. The junior PM you mentor runs a topic end to end. What you bring - 6+ years in product management, including 3+ on a high-traffic B2C product (marketplace, travel, e-commerce). Sharp product sense and UX sensitivity: you spot friction in a flow at first glance, and you care about the details that make booking feel effortless. - A track record of moving business metrics, proven by experimentation. You know sample size, test power and when a result is noise. - Evidence that you build: a prototype, an AI tool, a side project, code in production. Please share a link. - Senior stakeholder skills: you align leadership and operational teams without formal authority. - First experience managing or mentoring a PM. - Fluent English and professional fluency in French are required (you will interview users in English). Other languages are a strong plus. - You have already led a bet that moved a company-level metric, not just your squad's. Strong plus: experience in hospitality, travel or two-sided marketplaces; pricing and revenue topics. This role is for you if… - You want to own a strategy, not execute someone else's. - You open the numbers before giving your opinion, and you enjoy being proven wrong by a test. - You are as comfortable challenging pricing as spotting friction in a user flow. - You have started building with AI, and you want to go much further. - Talking to a user in Singapore in the morning and making a call with marketing in the afternoon sounds like a good day. Hiring process - Call with our People team. - Interview with our CPO. - Live case study with our COO and CPO. You get the brief 48 hours before; AI tools are welcome. - Meetings with our Lead Tech and product managers, to get to know the team. Additional benefits - Up to 2 days of remote working per week - A competitive compensation package: fixed salary + variable compensation + profit-sharing scheme - €10 SWILE meal vouchers, with 50% covered by the company - 25 days of paid leave + 6 RTT days per year - Company health insurance, 50% covered by the company - Public transport subscription, 50% reimbursed - A “Welcome Campus” providing a comprehensive onboarding experience at the heart of the company and its teams - Multicultural teams across 3 continents, committed, supportive, and passionate about the product - Company events throughout the year, including lunches, parties, and drinks - Offices in Paris’ 9th arrondissement, in a lively neighborhood with everything you need within easy reach APPLICATION PROCESSING At Dayuse, we believe in diversity and in recognizing potential beyond a CV. That’s why we do NOT use automated AI screening for applications . Every application is reviewed manually by our in-house recruiters to ensure equal opportunities and prevent any form of discrimination.
