Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, or related disciplines. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, or 3+ years of Product Management experience combined with substantial software development, solution architecture, or technical project management experience. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and product delivery methodologies, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks. - Proven experience in requirements management, backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management. - Solid technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud services, system integrations, databases, and enterprise application platforms. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership abilities. - Demonstrated ownership mindset, execution capability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - PMP, ACP, Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certifications. - Experience with SaaS products, Cloud Platforms, Enterprise Software, or Digital Transformation initiatives. - Experience in the Renewable Energy, Energy Storage (BESS), Smart Energy, or Industrial Technology sectors. - Familiarity with system architecture design, API ecosystems, microservices, or cloud-native applications. - Experience working with global teams, distributed development organizations, or international vendors. - Knowledge of product analytics, user behavior analysis, and data-driven product optimization.
