Requirements - 8+ years in product management, with a track record of driving real results, not just shipping features. - At least 2 years spent specifically responsible for improving a business metric, including running tests with a clear hypothesis, target outcome, and comparison group, and following through to a documented decision. - Comfortable working on technical products with complex integrations — you don't need to code, but should be able to read specs or diagrams well enough to question technical decisions or spot problems. - Experience managing high-pressure relationships with major clients, partners, or accounts — able to translate between technical issues and business concerns. - Proven ability to turn down requests that don't support your goals, even when they sound reasonable. - Strong communication skills, comfortable coordinating across time zones with remote teams, partners, and leadership. - Based in Sri Lanka, able to work fully remote with enough overlap with US hours for live meetings and urgent issues. Nice to Have - Experience in B2B software, marketplaces, or distribution/logistics. - Familiarity with procurement integration methods (punchout, cXML, EDI) or ERP-related catalog/inventory systems. - Experience working with AI-assisted development tools.
