The ideal candidate combines strong product expertise, data-driven decision-making, business acumen, and effective stakeholder management. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to execution and continuous improvement. Translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps. Leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure product performance. Collaborate closely with engineering, business, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Manage and align stakeholders across B2B, B2C, and/or B2G product environments. Lead and mentor product team members, where applicable. Drive product innovation and improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree ( S1 ) in any relevant field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role. Proven experience in leading or managing a product team is highly preferred. Experience handling B2B, B2C, and/or B2G products . Strong data analytics and data-driven decision-making skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product initiatives to business outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in EdTech and/or HealthTech is a strong plus. Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment . ASAP availability is preferred.
