What you'll do As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be solving design problems. You'll be considering the end-to-end customer experience picture to form a design strategy, and delivering designs that align to the big bets to get to the right outcomes. In this position, you'll be responsible for coming up with new product designs that meet the needs and wants of consumers. Product Designers are senior practitioners in both UX and UI. Key accountabilities for the role include: Conduct Research: Analyze competitors, monitor industry trends, and lead qualitative and quantitative user research to identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities within the product landscape. Develop Concepts: Create and validate hypothetical design concepts through drawings and user testing to determine the most effective product solutions based on consumer needs. Facilitate Collaboration: Partner with designers and team members through brainstorming sessions and workshops to ensure efficient communication, aligned vision, and effective problem-solving throughout the design process. Prototype & Refine: Research relevant product technologies and translate design concepts into functional prototypes while advising engineers on performance improvements and design enhancements. Iterate Continuously: Modify and revise existing designs based on user feedback and performance data to consistently meet evolving customer expectations and business objectives. What you’ll bring Solid and proven product design (UX/UI) expertise within complex environments like B2B, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or eCommerce, with preference for backgrounds in retail media or self-serve tools. Candidates must demonstrate mastery in Human-Centered Design, research methodologies, and A/B testing, alongside deep experience designing complex analytical dashboards, reporting interfaces, and visual data tools. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and applied experience using AI for prototyping, mapping, and collaborative design is essential to support high-fidelity UI and overall practice maturity. Candidates should possess a commercial and strategic mindset, effectively balancing user needs with business goals to drive ROI while speaking fluently to both business and design stakeholders. Requires empathetic leadership skills to uplift team craft and culture, alongside the communication ability to distill complex ecosystem problems into simple, actionable insights for cross-functional partners.
