Senior Procurement Officer

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring a Senior Procurement Officer to join our team, specializing in Infrastructure (Roads, Bridges, Utilities) Projects in Dubai , UAE .

Requirements:

• Oversee and manage procurement processes for large-scale road and infrastructure projects in alignment with RTA, DM guidelines and regulations.
• Lead procurement activities, including tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide strategic guidance to the procurement team in optimizing sourcing and supplier selection for high-value infrastructure projects.
• Manage and track procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Experience in infrastructure projects (Roads, Bridges, and Utilities) in UAE / GCC.
