The ideal candidate is an established print industry sales professional with strong customer relationships and an existing book of business that can transition and grow within our company. This is an outside sales role that requires a blend of field travel and in-office collaboration. Based out of our Milford office , the ideal candidate will split their time between on-the-road client visits and in-office strategic planning. This position is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who understands the printing and mailing industry and wants the ability to offer clients a broad range of solutions under one roof. Responsibilities The Senior Print & Mail Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships while generating new revenue for Our Town Publishing. Responsibilities include: Bring, maintain, and grow an established book of business. Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing industry relationships. Serve as a trusted resource to clients by recommending the most effective print, mail, signage, promotional, and marketing solutions for their needs. Manage customer projects from initial consultation and estimating through production and delivery. Work closely with estimating, production, design, mailing, and customer service teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Prepare quotes and proposals and follow up on active opportunities. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to identify repeat and additional business opportunities. Build long-term relationships with businesses, organizations, nonprofits, municipalities, schools, agencies, and other commercial clients. Meet established sales and revenue goals while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Products & Services Our Town Publishing is a full-service print and marketing company, allowing our sales team to provide customers with a wide range of solutions, including: Commercial and digital printing Direct mail and mailing services EDDM campaigns Large-format printing Banners and signage Business cards, brochures, postcards, flyers and presentation materials Booklets, catalogs, programs and publications Promotional products and branded merchandise Graphic design and marketing materials Union printing Custom print and marketing projects We are looking for someone who doesn't simply sell individual print jobs, but builds long-term accounts by becoming a reliable resource for a client's ongoing print, mail, and marketing needs.
