Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior and Principal SAP Consultants to join our team and drive enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with specialisation in one or more of the following areas:

• SAP Data Strategy and Data Architecture
• SAP LeanIX and Signavio
• SAP FICO – S/4HANA

The successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technology teams to deliver SAP transformation programmes, optimise business processes, and develop scalable enterprise solutions.

We welcome professionals with strong functional or strategic consulting experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead complex SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP transformation and implementation initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Define SAP strategies, roadmaps, and solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert consulting and strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Drive business process optimisation, standardisation, and transformation.
• Support enterprise architecture, data governance, and integration strategies.
• Lead workshops, requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Provide best-practice recommendations and ensure alignment with SAP standards.

Areas of Specialisation

Candidates should have strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:

1. SAP Data Strategy / Data Architect

• SAP S/4HANA data strategy and architecture.
• Enterprise data governance and data management.
• Data quality, data integration, and data migration strategies.
• Data architecture transformation and roadmap development.

1. SAP LeanIX / Signavio Consultant

• Hands-on experience with SAP LeanIX and/or SAP Signavio.
• Enterprise architecture management and business process transformation.
• Business process modelling, analysis, and optimisation.
• SAP S/4HANA transformation and enterprise architecture alignment.

1. SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant

• Strong SAP FICO functional expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Finance process transformation, configuration, and implementation.
• Business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP consulting, implementation, or transformation programmes.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in at least one of the identified SAP specialisations.
• Strong business analysis and solution design capabilities.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and complex transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams or workstreams.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
