WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH Senior Principal, Brand Marketing sits within the Nike Korea Brand Marketing team and reports to the Korea Sr. Director of Marketing. This role will work closely with local Marketing teams, agencies, Business Teams, and Geo partners, while collaborating across Brand Management, Sports Marketing, Communications, Creative, Media, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Brand Planning, Marketplace, and Merchandising to drive impactful consumer experiences and business growth. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The candidate is an experienced brand marketing leader who can shape the strategy for Nike Training and NikeSKIMS in Korea. This role brings a strong understanding of the full marketing offense, the Korean marketplace and how sport, culture, consumer insights and commercial priorities come together to build brand strength and business growth. They should be an inspirational collaborator who can lead through influence across matrixed reporting lines, set a clear agenda for cross-functional teams and elevate consumer experiences across digital, retail, community and experiential touchpoints. They should have the creative taste, analytical mindset and operational discipline to guide bold campaigns, manage agency relationships, use qualitative and quantitative insights and translate complex priorities into sharp plans, presentations and execution. 10-15 years of experience in brand marketing, including experience leading integrated campaigns and marketing teams in a matrixed organization. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders. Deep experience across digital and physical marketing levers, retail and experiential marketing, online-to-offline consumer journeys, and large marketing budget management. Strong people leadership, talent mentorship, agency management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a passion for Nike's mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world. This is a 1-year, full-time temporary contract position. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON You will set the brand marketing strategy for Nike Training and NikeSKIMS in Korea, with a strong focus on Seoul, and lead seasonal planning, marketing innovation and cross-functional execution that connects consumers with Nike through sport, community, content and commerce. You will: Define the marketing strategic direction for Nike Training and NikeSKIMS in Korea, ensuring alignment with consumer insights, brand priorities and marketplace opportunities. Oversee marketing execution across campaigns, consumer journeys, digital, retail and experiential touchpoints, ensuring the work is bold, distinctive and locally relevant. Foster and leverage Nike's network of relationships in Korea's sport community, using those relationships to uncover insights and create meaningful consumer engagement. Manage seasonal planning processes, budget forecasting and reconciliation, helping the team coordinate priorities, resources and timelines across projects. Take a leadership role across the cross-functional Training team, partnering with Sports Marketing, Communications, Marketplace, Geo Brand Management and other teams to drive a shared agenda. Mentor and coach talent within the team, supporting professional growth while raising the quality and impact of the overall marketing offense. Use data, testing insights, brand health signals and business performance to optimize plans, improve future work and power long-term brand strength and business growth.
