Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Poke Chef to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing high-quality Poke bowls, handling fresh seafood, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining excellent food quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality Poke bowls and related dishes.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain operational standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Assist in menu development, recipe improvements, and new product creation.
• Maintain efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Poke Chef, Head Chef, or similar role specializing in Poke cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of fresh seafood handling, sushi-grade fish preparation, and food safety.
• Previous experience supervising or managing a kitchen team.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC hospitality industry is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month , depending on qualifications and experience.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
