This is a newly created role within a team that defines the quality standards, design systems, and quality mechanisms governing how millions of product pages look and perform for customers. Our production partners handle day-to-day content execution; this team focuses on what "good" looks like and how to measure, validate, and continuously improve it. You will be the analytical and AI-native counterpart to the team's creative and standards leaders — translating their hypotheses into testable experiments, building the data infrastructure that powers quality decisions, and deploying AI agents that automate judgment currently done manually.
