Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare baseline programmes, recovery programmes, and revised/mitigation schedules. Monitor project progress against approved programme, milestones, and contractual requirements. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance analysis. Track critical path, float, delays, and schedule slippage and identify potential impacts. Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Teams, QS/Commercial Teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Review subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with the overall project schedule. Prepare look-ahead schedules and coordinate planned activities with site teams. Analyze delays and support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) and delay claims. Monitor planned vs. actual progress, productivity, and resource requirements. Maintain accurate records of project updates, progress quantities, and schedule revisions. Participate in progress meetings and provide clear schedule updates and recommendations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management. 8–12 years of planning experience, preferably in MEP, construction, or building services projects. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. Good knowledge of baseline programmes, critical path analysis, resource loading, progress measurement, and earned value management. Experience with MEP projects, fit-out, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure works is preferred. UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred. Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
