The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking project performance, identifying delays, and coordinating with various departments to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in coordination with project and construction teams. Prepare baseline schedules, detailed execution plans, and work programs. Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and identify delays or potential schedule risks. Analyze project performance and recommend recovery and mitigation measures where required. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients. Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, and subcontractor teams to collect progress information. Track engineering, procurement, material delivery, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. Prepare progress measurement, manpower reports, productivity reports, and resource loading. Review subcontractor schedules and monitor their performance against contractual requirements. Prepare and maintain project progress curves, including S-curves and manpower histograms . Conduct schedule impact analysis and support the preparation of extension-of-time and delay claims. Identify critical path activities and ensure appropriate actions are taken to maintain project milestones. Participate in project progress meetings and provide planning and scheduling updates. Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery schedules, and revised project programs as required. Ensure that project planning and reporting are aligned with contractual requirements and company procedures. Maintain accurate planning records and ensure timely submission of project reports and schedules. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field . Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling. Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, MEP, electrical, or utility projects . Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential; knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, progress measurement, and project controls. Experience in preparing and monitoring baseline schedules, critical path analysis, S-curves, and recovery schedules. Experience in delay analysis, EOT preparation, and schedule impact assessments. Ability to analyze project data and provide accurate forecasts and progress reports. Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. GCC project experience is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Work Location: In person
