PRIMARY PURPOSE To be an integral member of the Depot Team responsible for the development, monitoring, control, and management of all Depot construction schedules. This role requires strong expertise in Project Planning and Scheduling, Project Controls, Construction Management, Time Extension (EOT) and Claims Management, as well as Contract Administration. The successful candidate will support the effective planning, coordination, and execution of project activities to ensure that project milestones, contractual obligations, and completion targets are achieved in accordance with project requirements. II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for Depot Works, ensuring full alignment with the approved Baseline Programme and Coordinated Installation Programme (CIP). Monitor, update, and control the Depot construction schedules, proactively identifying potential schedule risks and ensuring all activities remain aligned with the project objectives, Baseline Programme, and CIP requirements. Prepare mitigation measures, recovery plans, and catch-up programmes to address schedule slippages, and effectively communicate the required actions to the project team to achieve project milestones and completion targets. Prepare notifications for potential delays, conduct detailed delay analyses, and develop substantiated time-related claims, including Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and supporting documentation in accordance with contractual requirements. Develop and maintain Five-Week Look-Ahead Programmes to support short-term construction planning and execution, as well as detailed micro-schedules for critical, high-risk, or specialized activities as required. Lead and facilitate internal progress review meetings and construction coordination meetings, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and alignment among project stakeholders. Represent the project team in high-level meetings with external stakeholders, including the Client, Engineer, Subcontractors, Government Authorities, and other relevant parties. Responsible for the preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other related documentation. Provide schedule analysis, progress assessments, and strategic planning recommendations to support informed decision-making and the successful delivery of project objectives. Performs other duties from time to time as assigned/delegated by the superiors. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER Graduate in BS in Civil Engineering (BSCE) Registered Civil Engineer (PRC License) Certification / Training / Seminar in Construction Project Management, Project Planning and Control Management, Claim Management, Contract Administration are an advantage. KEY SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the development of dashboards, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting tools, and performance monitoring systems. Advanced user of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with proven capability in developing, managing, analyzing, and reporting complex project schedules. Experience in the preparation, assessment, and substantiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and other time-related contractual claims is highly advantageous. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and facilitate productive discussions across all levels of the organization. Highly skilled in the preparation and delivery of professional PowerPoint presentations, including executive summaries, project progress reports, management reviews, and stakeholder presentations. Knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract, particularly the Design-Build (Yellow Book) provisions, including contract administration, claims management, variations, and entitlement assessment, is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying project risks, schedule impacts, and opportunities for improvement. Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary project environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
