Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 8–10 years of UAE experience in civil construction and project planning. Strong experience in building, villa, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Primavera P6 proficiency is mandatory. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress monitoring. Experience in critical path analysis, resource planning, delay analysis, and EOT claims. Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and contractual requirements. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 . Prepare baseline, look-ahead, recovery, and revised programs. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management reports. Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization against planned targets. Support EOT claims, delay analysis, and project performance reviews . Ensure planning activities comply with project and contractual requirements.
