The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying potential delays, and providing accurate planning and project controls information to support the successful and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Primavera P6, project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, recovery planning, and project reporting , preferably within a construction or contracting environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 . Prepare baseline, detailed, recovery, and look-ahead programmes. Develop project WBS, activity sequencing, logic, durations, milestones, and critical paths. Monitor planned vs. actual project progress and identify schedule deviations. Collect and verify progress updates from engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, histograms, dashboards, and KPI reports. Monitor critical and near-critical activities and proactively highlight potential delays. Identify project constraints, risks, and schedule issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Prepare recovery and mitigation programmes when projects fall behind schedule. Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors. Review and integrate subcontractor and supplier programmes into the overall project schedule. Monitor engineering deliverables, procurement activities, and material deliveries against project requirements. Support Extension of Time (EOT), delay analysis, variation, and claims-related activities . Perform time-impact analysis for approved changes, variations, and delay events. Maintain accurate records of project progress, delays, changes, and schedule updates. Prepare project completion forecasts and provide planning information to management. Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource requirements against the approved programme. Provide technical guidance and support to junior planning engineers and planning staff. Ensure compliance with company planning procedures and project reporting requirements. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (civil & electrical) Minimum Experience: 10 years Salary Range: AED 12,000–14,000 per month Experience Required: Proficiency in Primavera P6 Preparation and management of detailed project schedules (Levels 1, 2, and 3) Preparation of contractual letters and delay notices Preparing responses to client correspondence Preparation of mitigation and recovery plans Progress monitoring and reporting Experience in construction planning and project controls Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
