Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is seeking an experienced and savy Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with Directors and Senior Leadership Teams across clinical and corporate directorates, driving workforce initiatives that support exceptional healthcare outcomes for our community. As a valued member of both the Directorate and People & Culture teams, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of annual people plans and provide expert operational advice on employee and industrial relations, HR, change management, and key people initiatives. We're looking for a contemporary People & Culture professional with proven Human Resources experience in complex organisations as a Senior HR Business Partner, Advisor, Consultant or similar. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting diverse, unionised workforces and a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
