Hiring Criteria: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant management experience in wellness, massage, spa, beauty or service industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in outlet operations, sales and business development. Able to develop and implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, responsible and results-oriented. Preferred: Familiarity with the wellness/massage industry and ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff or customers.
