SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER (MUNTINLUPA)
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Operations Manager to oversee and improve our day-to-day operations in the HVAC industry. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience , preferably in the HVAC, air-conditioning, mechanical, construction, facilities, or related industry Bachelor's degree in any course ; applicants with strong relevant experience and proven skills are welcome Strong ability to compute, analyze, and interpret sales, expenses, project costs, and profitability Experienced in project costing, budgeting, pricing, and profit analysis Able to determine whether an HVAC project will generate profit or loss Able to develop sales plans, forecasts, and operational strategies Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business applications Strong communication and negotiation skills Willing to work Monday to Saturday Willing to work in Muntinlupa City Available to start ASAP Key Responsibilities Oversee daily HVAC operations, projects, service activities, and manpower Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and operational plans Monitor sales performance against targets Review project quotations, costing, and proposed pricing Compute total project sales versus total project expenses Determine projected gross profit, net profit, and profit margin for each project Identify whether a project is profitable or potentially loss-making before implementation Monitor actual project expenses versus approved budgets Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions Analyze manpower, materials, equipment, transportation, subcontractor, and other project costs Prepare profitability and management reports Develop strategies to improve sales while maintaining healthy profit margins Monitor operational KPIs and team performance Lead and manage operations, project, and field teams Coordinate closely with sales, purchasing, accounting, and management Improve operational processes, productivity, and cost efficiency Handle operational issues, escalations, and client concerns Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards Perform other management and operational duties as assigned Ideal Candidate We are looking for a hands-on, numbers-oriented, and strategic Senior Operations Manager who can manage both operations and profitability . The ideal candidate should be able to analyze a project and clearly determine: Total project sales/revenue Total estimated and actual expenses Expected gross profit and profit margin Potential risks and cost overruns Whether the project should proceed based on profitability What adjustments are needed in pricing, manpower, materials, or operations The candidate should also be capable of converting these numbers into effective sales strategies, project plans, and operational decisions that will help the company grow profitably.
