Job Responsibilities 1. Execute international shipping operation strategies, manage, train and assess the operation team, optimize workflows, and establish standardized operation and risk control systems. 2. Oversee end-to-end international voyage operations, resolve operational emergencies, coordinate overseas resource docking, and ensure smooth vessel operations. 3. Manage full-scale voyage cost control and fee negotiation, review operational and financial data, optimize operational strategies, and improve overall business profitability. 4. Cooperate deeply with the commercial team to support market development, project implementation and key client maintenance, and provide operational data and professional decision-making suggestions. 5. Manage the review and filing of voyage documents, settle and collect freight and demurrage fees, maintain accurate ERP system data, and control financial risks. 6. Keep updated with international maritime regulations, ensure full business compliance, cooperate with the legal team to handle operational disputes and insurance claims, and implement proactive risk prevention measures. 7. Undertake other strategic, business upgrading and system development tasks assigned by management. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Shipping, International Trade, English or related majors, with proficient knowledge of end-to-end international shipping business and industry practices. 2. Over 4 years of international shipping operation experience including at least 1 year of team management experience, with solid capabilities in cost control, process optimization and commercial collaboration. 3. Fluent in English for independent overseas business communication, adaptable to cross-timezone work, with excellent stress resistance, data review and risk prediction capabilities. 4. Proficient in shipping ERP systems with high professional integrity; candidates with relevant working experience in large ship-owning companies are preferred. Xingtong Shipping Co., Ltd.
